The easiest "arb" I think is the following:

short $1 calls paying 0.60
short $2 puts. paying 1.50

you won´t lose unless the stock is below 0 (which is mathematically impossible) or the stock over 3.10 giving the new GM a market cap of 200B.

Perhaps not... I checked the chart and towards the end of march the stock more than doubled to 4, then crashed when the poor concept of GM. became evident.
