Like I said, a contest where: The one PLAN that returns 30 cents against par (plus some possibility for future gains) to the creditors.... Is placed against the possibility of NO PLAN (which likely returns only two or three pennies against par - and with no possibility for future gains).... Results in rational economic decision making.... And the Chapter 11 PLAN (complete with new "debtor-in-possession" financing of the reorganization from the largest secured creditor) wins HAND'S DOWN.
