How can simply describing REALITY be "false"??????

FACTS:

A) Any interested creditor can propose any plan that it wants to to the federal Court and to the other creditors.

B) NONE have except the largest creditor.

You are correct. There is only ONE choice. (At least... at the bankruptcy court. In Blogs-vannia I'm sure there are all kinds of fanciful unreal 'choices' being batted around. But not in real life.)

The one choice is between the formal plan of reorganization presented to the court by the largest secured creditor and nothing (no other plan). Since no other plans were formally proposed.
