Martin,

That is what I was told. Although I seem to remember that Frank had always planned to hold "control" of FNET by FTEL.

In anycase according to my friend who I have a LOT of faith in that is what the man said.

He also mentioned that Frank felt that they could turn out the DVS in mass with no problems.

I have watched him (Frank) for more than 4 years and he seems INTENT, doesn't he?<g>
