In fact, Saddam had great dislike for bin Ladan. In fact they were enemies. The fundamentalist Osama hated Saddam intensely because of his womanizing, alcohol, invading a Muslim country, etc. In a Islamic fundamentalist's book, these are heinous crimes punishable by beheading according to the Sharia. And Saddam was a prime candidate for that beheading in Osama's court of justice. And these 2 AHs, Bush and Cheney thought and Cheney still continues to think that we Americans are idiots to not know this.
