The SEALs are bad MF's. The only ones badder are Delta Force. You have to already be in special forces to even try out for Delta Force. They are the baddest of the bad and train constantly, usually for counter terrorism.

I have met/known numerous ex Navy SEALs. I sometimes train using some of the more advanced exercises that the SEALs use, and that has caused "conversations". Have never met an ex Delta Force member that I know of. They are very rare.
