"2 - Taking from someone doesn't become right just because the person your taking from is rich."

No one said it did.

Well if its not right, why do it?

Whose doing it?

3 - Taking from the "fat cat investors", hurts the average Joe" when they invest less, or invest outside the country, or maybe just in industries that don't employee "average joes" who are associated with politically connected unions, or at least they demand a higher return in order to do so.

None of that has happened.

The takings haven't happened yet, after they do, most of the effect will not be instantaneous. "None of that has happened" is a rather odd statement when your talking about future events not past ones.

You're projecting future events as if they will definitely happen. That's not true....they may happen. And what you are doing is fear mongering......you are saying negative events will happen if we aren't nice to the rich. That's a typical conservative ploy.

I think a good name for this will be Obama risk premium. Premium investors will demand to account for the possibility exists that Obama will steal their money.

Will some financial whiz create an "Obama takings swap"? Maybe AIG...
