There's no doubt in my mind he has psychological issues.

If he were just a law school instructor and not inflicting his ego on the country, I'd feel sorry for him and hope that he gets the help he needs. But, it will never happen now.

As I've said before, I doubt he'd pass the psych tests for CIA or FBI. I'll add that he'd probably wash out on the psych as a policeman.
