Alan Noticed my spelling needs correcting---- "The bear appeared just as 9/11 occurred---(independent events of course) Could have been a Jihadi bear. A sign? lol I do have a little experience with bears---i.e. stayed at a B & B in Southern Virginia for a conference. Driving up the mountain late in the evening, I saw this bear like a big wooley worm walking along the side of highway as the car climbed the mountain road. I ask the inn keepers----and yes they had a resident bear who was often seen walking along the road------they just all coexisted together. The bear had a time schedule-----every night just about 10 p.m. the bear would be walking up the mountain as I drove up the mountain. Another bear story, in a house in Fairfax County with snow on the ground-----huge footprints appeared in the snow, I thought oh maybe a bear----again my daughter called and said "you have a bear in your neighborhood----it made the evening news." The bear had been seen by numerous people in the neighborhood. Because of the snow, one could follow the bear's path. Is this the Davey Crockett thread? "Killed a bar' when he was only 3." Wonder what Obama would do if confronted with a real, live bear? mj
