Re: Perhaps there will soon be a different choice "in front of the court". I doubt it. It will require a couple of Billion dollars (lent to the company or invested in the company while under the protection of the bankruptcy court) to enable the company to even SURVIVE LONG ENOUGH for the court to restructure it. Since no one else has shown the slightest bit of interest in coughing up the additional funding (without which no plan could succeed) then I don't see anything else popping up at this very late date....
