GM should trigger a sizable CDS settlement, or is that
a done deal already? The big ones can cause market crashes,
but now that the Fed pays it all through AIG, who knows.

Well, in case of Nortel the CDS auction was held 25 days
after bankruptcy. With GM unlikely to settle with the
bondholders outside BK court, expect big derivative stuff in
late June. A Krash. Another experiment of bankrupting
"non-financial" company, GM, which is actually very, very
financial, made all its money of GMAC, not selling cars,
thanks to the credit bubble.

I'm getting bearish for June. -g-
