You're making this all up. The judge rules in BK court, not Obama.

No, Obama tried to put the fix in before the BK court. It worked with government controlled entities (TARP banks). Intimidation was the tool for non-TARP recepients.

Link please.

Just read the above paragraph, and imagine time before 2009. Where would you think it took place? My first bet would have been Venezuela.

Stop fantasizing....you sound like Cheney.

We are turning into Venezuela and our president into Hugo Chavez.

Only in your mind.

Then why do you feel the need to defend Chase, Citi , Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley et al?

Again, I am defending secured creditors, regardless of who they are. You may be one of them through some 401k or pension fund.

And you don't think these funds have enough money to hire attorneys to protect their interests. Why don't I believe you?

It is quite possible that whoever is managing those fund was strongarmed into violating his fiduciary responsibility, and agreed to Obama's demand to hand over your money to UAW.

You're fantasizing again. Stick to the facts.

And, to add insult to injury, on top of this money Obama wants to confiscate and hand it over to UAW, he is handing taxpayer money to UAW.
