Mitch, If I said that FTEL would get the money I hit a wrong key. Of course FNET would get the proceeds from the IPO. BUT FTEL will control 60% of the outstanding shares and even though there would be no DIRECT linkage FTEL share price "should" reflect that. (like mud?) On to the Keyboard. Jim told me that 1 and 2 adjust volume, *3,4,and 5(I believe) adjust "Net delay"... Now he was fooling around with it while we were talking and I really couldn't hear ANY difference in voice quality. It was ALWAYS excellent. IMO as good as normal phone EXCEPT for the deal when we both talked. That issue he seemed to be able to make better from his end. He is FEDEXing me a info packet on the whole thing and he told me that its included. To put you at ease this thing's quality is every bit as good as I had hoped for. I had HOPED that the DVS would be THIS good but down deep didn't THINK it would. IT WAS... See ya, Bob
