Institutions, Mutual Fund Managers need to get cash to cover sell orders. Remember, MF orders take place opening of next day. Mgrs don't know exactly how much cash they need to raise.

It defenitely was not record volumes for AMTX and WSTL. 800s on AMTX and 500s on WSTL is a plain old day.

Compare OCT 28 volumes with both on the upside mainly (not withstanding bell beating drop on WSTL)
