"I'm under the impression that the government loans to Chrysler were recently 'forgiven'"

Wonder how much of gov's loan are "routinely" forgiven,
especially 'foreign' related. Makes one wonder why
foregin nations seem to have a 'love' and 'hate' relationship
with USA.

If there is any transparency on these stuff, it would be
spectacular display of taxpayers' generosity to the world.
( I know, I know, it's very small compare to the GDP )

It can help to explain how some ex-foregin dignitaries, and
their families living well and grand in US. It's taxpayers'
funded.

Talk about putting the 'head into the sand', see no evil,
say no evil.

To be precise, putting the citizens' head into the sand, so
they can't see nothing.
