OK My take on the ownership leverage thing. IPO is expected to raise 120 mill. now we have 22 mill shares if 40% of these are ipo'd thats aprox 9 mill shares $13 a share. So the FTEL 60% = 13.2 miil shares * $13 = 169 million dollars. with lets say 17 mill shares out there thats $10 a share effective.

Am I completely out to lunch on this?

Raleigh, thanks again to you (and the other DD boys and girls) who found this gem and shared it with the world (US!!!).

I'm shocked you didn't make it to the demo... but I guess it would all be old news to you! HA

EDIT: OK, so you posted some of your comments while I was writing this... DAMN, you are fast!!!!!!!! I like your numbers!

Are you surprised at the numbers from the IPO as reported earlier? I know Frank was talking about raising $100 mill before and I'm not surprised by going after an additional sum, but I was surprised by the number of shares... were you? Before, the rumors were of 10 million shares. Not that it really matters, I'm sure Frank knows what he is doing and I'm certainly not one to question his comments. Just curious about your thoughts.

Any guesses as to the total number of shares outstanding after IPO?

Thanks again for your insight!
