COPY 'bounced off of 3 5/8. I guess that's the 'value' price. Now how do you determine that? And what would a technician say about the 'action' in this stock?

PS After one week, that Global Information publication posted by Dominic has refused to acknowledge authorship. I assume one will never be able to fact check it. Just another piece of advertising from the brokers, I guess.
