<because every dollar given as aid to other countries carries with it a proviso to be spent in the U.S. and/or spent on U.S. made goods and/or spent hiring U.S. companies or contractors.> And who might be the ones keeping track of that? Anyone that can actually do the job, like the Inspector General of the Fed perhaps? She seemed to be on the ball in regards of oversight on where money goes. Even if that proviso is included, it is doubtful that happens, don't you think?
