If they are allowed to borrow money, they don't stop to think how they are going to pay it back. They only think of the things they are going to do with the money." California? Heck, that sounds like government in general especially in liberal states. And when people fled those states (NY, CA, MA etc) and moved to conservative states (FL, NV, AZ etc.) they moved in and changed those states governments. It's like a sickness that spreads.
