Knowledge work my ass! This is an electronic bureaucracy! The modern school system, told he government and the public they were going to qualify people for knowledge work. Government and public bought into the idea and made a biggest mistake. What passes as "knowledge" is no less than the old ofice bureaucracy done via electronic, i.e., computer means. Decisions are made by a bureaucracy. all those so-called tools and gathered in some manner in which a couple of guys will decided what to do.
