Thanks for the good wishes and info. I don't think I have ever been too overweight. I was up to 210 on a 5'11" frame, but I used to be very athletic - lift weights - all of that silliness. Played rugby and was an oarsman in college. Rah rah.

I hit Weight-Watchers online a year ago and blew down to 189. I recommend it. It wasn't too hard or unpleasant. I peed a lot because you had to drink so much water. I was never really hungry or uncomfortable. I got a little stressed and diverted over the winter. Had something to do with crude going sub $35 I think. Shame on me for getting so wrapped up in it. I am back on the wagon now.

I have never heard of hormone balancing. Sounds a little tedious. Chicken then bourbon. Chicken then bourbon. Would love to know more.

I would have you know that I did my walk and then had my bourbon. Followed it with chicken and spaghetti squash casserole. Am now knocking back some single malt....the water of life.

Hey!!!! "Malt does more than Milton can, to justify God's ways to man." (Sorry, can't remember who penned that.)

Happy Mem Day.
