The best analysis so far!!

60mm guarantees the deposit goes nowhere and guarantees PDG a way out with minimal expenses(60mm is a chump change guarantee). Shareholder approval will only be required when a "tangible asset changes hands. A right is not an asset, a promise of expenditure is not an asset. Shareholder approval will only be required when PDG "exercises the option". For the optimist good luck, but you think you got "Snowed" in Refugio last winter? Thats nothing compared to the "snowed you got for CC.

Lorne:

Anyone who thinks Placer didn't do enough DD to know CC will be a mine is really out in la-la land. For $60 million Placer knows damn well what's there and that it will be mine. They want 2 years to do the feasibility study so they can make Aldebaran look like swiss cheese before they put together their mine model and feasibility study. It may well include more than the CC deposit. IMO, Placer is gonna drill up Aldebaran and construct a multi-mine complex with CC as the hub. They have an additional agenda here. P&P of majors are valued much higher than P&P of juniors. The more ozs Placer can move into the P&P category to be mined, the more it boosts their stock value. Don't kid yourself, CC will be a mine as will a few other sites on the Aldebaran property.
