That's not any problem at all! Each and ever major poll publishes both ALL the questions (& their ordering, etc.) that are asked, as well as their sampling methodologies and the sample sizes and breakdowns. (But as far as me pointing out that "three out of every five Americans approve" I'm simply repeating what the major polls have consistently shown....) I like this RealClearPolitics page for that because it always shows a rolling average of the (generally last two or three weeks or so...) latest major national polls... and gives you click-through access to each of them.
