For once..........I disagree Bob.

I don't think he cares one whit about the "economic losers."

I think his goal is to destroy the middle class and anyone who aspires to get there. He's a pure socialist and believes the state should manage how money is spent and by whom. Sure, he probably believes it is for the "greater good" but in the mean time he'll destroy competition and the human spirit that says every man wants to improve his lot in life and be successful. So far, his policies are designed to discourage innovation, creativity and capitalism.

Sorry this was short but the weather is beautiful here today and that is such a rarity. The out of doors calls!

Watched Oliver North's program on LBJ this AM...just saw part of it, but again wondered....LBJ started the Medicare, Medicaid, opened Vietnam to more assault, and the number of our dead went from 8,000 men and women killed, to over 55,000 for the entire VN war.

LBJ wanted the poor and "underserved" as this group is called today to have enough money and benefits so they could succeed.....

Well, as I've said before....does anyone think the Great Society programs worked? Why are the poor still poor?

That just reminded me of something else....evidently this week, the last of the trailers and mobile homes that have been in New Orleans after Katrina will be gone. There are STILL people sponging off the Government after all these years!!!!

Wonder how many are still in hotels? The whole thing is just ludicrous.

How many poor children could have been fed over the years with the money we spent for people who didn't care enough about themselves to go and get any kind of job so they could have some sort of home? Sloth makes me really angry!
