Martin, I'm not sure but I think my numbers based on 22 million representing 40% of total outstanding (55 million) may be more in line with the 50 million Frank alludes to in his presidents message. Just a thought, either way it works out to be about the same leverage in dollars to FTEL. Special thanks to all those that called me, or reported their findings on this thread.
