"People shouldn't be forced to trade (including trading money for labor), with those that they don't want to trade with."

I think its a rather silly reason to fire someone but a job is not a right it a mutually beneficial and mutually cancelable trade relationship. People shouldn't be forced to trade (including trading money for labor), with those that they don't want to trade with.

Unions were formed because of employers using "silly reasons to fire" someone.

I have nothing in principle against unions. Only with the way some unions act, and the fact that unions get special legal privileges.

What are the special legal privileges?
