Very true. However, in the past, its been a courtesy of outgoing administrations to not criticize the new administration's policies for a year or two after the transition of power. Fatass Cheney has ignored that courtesy. Its very typical of him and no one should be surprised. The guy was brought up in a barn. And you're still a putz.
