I swear if I read another interview wherein the CEO brags about all the capacity that E*Trade has that remains unused, I'm going to have dry heaves. Hey Chris, how 'bout spending less time in London going for your MBA, and more time in Palo Alto meeting your customers' reasonable demands. You've got the job.
