Sounds ok; regarding HF policies which disappointed so many investors in general, I´ve expected not less. Always the Sir.

While, unlike stocks a HF trades around NAV, but still the market mechanics of shaking out volatile investors (often funds of funds) in favour of a more long term oriented, stable investor base may actually benefit the case.

Thanks for posting. Looks like I pony up some fresh money from General Motors for the fund.

It appears that Dan has weathered the storm with 30% drop in portfollio and 30% redemptions and is back on track to producing positive returns.
His main focus appears to be back in his historic area of expertise of distressed debit.

Currently it looks like he has 1.8 bil under management.

Take the time to view the video which is a quick history of DL's approach to investing as well as the history of 3rd point and his employment history.

Has a very focused and positive (IMO) approach to investors.
