You think Mish skews for political effect.
Yet you say it's not clear what Mish thinks.

You say you get it. That Mish doesn't agree with Obama.
But the post you reponded to was Mish agreeing with the bill Obama just signed.

Here's the deal. Mish is not for or against Obama the way you are. Mish is just calling them as he sees them. You, OTOH, are too concerned with defending Obama and blaming his predecessor.

Look, most of us don't like Bush. And quite a few of us weren't wild about McCain. But unlike you, we don't give Obama a free pass. We don't say, Obama's better than what we had and better than what we might have had, so whatever he does is A-OK. Partisans like you mistakenly think we are being partisan against Obama.......because partisans think everyone is partisan. Like Mish, we're calling them like we see them. We would love for Obama to do a great job as president. We just don't think he is. Biggest reason being the Wall Street guilty handed trillions of $$$ (from the very taxpayers who were already hurting from this mess) instead of jail time and not even re-working the financial system so that it can't happen again. It's being re-rigged so the same few financial elite criminals will run the markets and the country for their own personal benefit. And don't think for one second that they care about the people or the country. They obviously don't. It's all about more money and more power.

>>Yeah things are FUBAR. Obama didn't get us here and jumping the rails from what the last sorry SOB did may result in even worse consequences.<<

but he *is* making it worse. *only* his supporters have the opportunity to stop him from looting the system to the benefit of the bankers.

instead, they sit on their thumbs repeating, "thank god he's not bush."

he isn't a bushevic, but many of his key policies are the *exact* same with, perhaps, some different lipstick on the bushevic pig.

$13 trillion to the bankers? who cares who does it?

the public is left with the bag and *both* bush and obama (and clinton, and bush, sr and reagan) left us with the bag.

i hope you get some joy in the austerity that obama is now putting us into.

that is, unless you are a major bond holder of goldman sachs. in which case, you are being coddled.
