the horrible condition of everyone's teeth.

The biggest British songbird of WWII was Vera Lynn. Old videos of her show a awful mouthful of teeth. The Brits are the biggest sugar consumers in the world. Or at least they used to be. We probably surpass them now.

Social medical care must not cover dentistry or those conditions wouldn't exist.

To the contrary. There is socialized dentistry in some European countries. I read about poor dental care in the UK. The quality for the free dental care is considered very poor. I believe there was a capitalist option where people are allowed the option to pay for better dental service. As I remember, one complaint by dentists was that the government payments were so low that they could not make a living. So some UK dentists were not accepting anything but free enterprise patients.

Be wary of our future. Hillary tried pushing the universal care option (1993 version) where everyone would get the same care and nobody could pay for better service. It would have been a crime for a doctor to provide medical care outside the government paid service.

Obama's care may be similar.

One thing that you can be sure of. If government care is the mandatory service, then all Congressman and their families would not have to use the same service that we would be forced to use.
