Bill, as per our emails today, I don't believe the bond market rally is significant for stocks. The "flight to quality" seems fake to me. Once the whole crisis thing is over, though, then stocks are likely to look at bonds and realize that they have a lot of catching up to do. But until the panic/crisis is over, bond action is meaningless.
