I was running out of time. I kind of even thought to put Donaldson in there, as I think he presided over the decision to increase leverage to 30:1 from 12:1 at the investment banks.

In edit, the main point was to illustrate folks who had a hand in doing the most damage -

Repealing Glass Steagall
Increasing leverage to 30:1 at brokerages
Keeping interest rates artificially low
Marginalizing Brooksley Born and passing the Commodities and Futures Modernization Act (I think that's what it's called)
Introducing TARP and it's bailout children.
