I would change the system so we give them actual healthy food instead of stamps, and I would slip contraceptives into the food when they aren't looking. If you've already got one dog you can't afford to feed you've got no business picking up a new puppy from the pound.

NO one, NO one was living like royalty. That's garbage. Most are just staying alive. The welfare queen myth is such obvious BS when you look at the actual facts, yet it is repeated and raised over and over again as a sacred truth for one side of the spectrum. You have to wonder about the sheer willingness to invent stuff instead of analyzing the actual data sitting there in front of all of us.
