Certainly true - and buying at the open is not a good idea.

However, the volume during our drop has not been high, which is a good
sign - institutions are holding.

Conference call was very positive (if very amateurish opening reading of
the announcement word for stumbling word). I like the 50% increase in
domestic sales force in the last qtr - with sales reps from BAY, COMS
and FORE! Well positioned with products and new offerings coming in Q4.
Q3 was good even though traditionally slower than Q4.

Movement to extend from workgroup switching to core lan switching is
positive too.

I think the bleeding stops here. The move will be up when the craziness
ends - but it may not be tomorrow!

Stock opened at 24 5/8, now at 27 7/8. Luis, a gap opening is a bottom indicator. When MRVC was at 24 5/8, it was so oversold that it was as close to a sure thing as you'll ever see. Of course there is no such thing as a sure thing.
