Exactly! This is what I call fleecing. Everybody wants to steal from the locals and run away!

Note that when I say capital hogging did exactly that. Only that in the 20th century it was done with high interest rates, rating agencies increasing artificially the risk and the popular press throwing muck.

That is why we have alawys exported capital. I know recent history too.
