Because poor decision by government bodies should be publicized.

I would think conservatives would want the schools to be strict. I like strict rules. I see no purpose for eyebrow trimmers- in fact, I'd like to see makeup banned. Actually I'd like to see everything banned save for what the students need to learn (paper, pencils, pens, etc) and their lunches.
