Both GE and Disney operate under a conservative culture. Its been like that for a long time. For an example, Disney does not allow tattoos and piercings on its employees. I had friends working at Disney.......they hated the conservative atmosphere.

So corporate cultures which don't embrace piercings and tats - I presume on employees seen by the public - are "conservative" politically as well as stylistically. You're being kind of shallow here.

Sumner Redstone is an asshole. It doesn't matter what he is. Ah, you already know he's a Democrat.

I figured he was a Dem......that means nothing.....he would screw his own mother. Redstone is an asshole......and does whatever generates money. That includes swinging with a winger playbook.

For an example:

"While claiming to be a Democratic supporter, he endorsed George W. Bush over John Kerry in the 2004 Presidential election, due to his argument that Bush would be better for his company and the economy. [15]"

Ah, though a Democrat he betrayed the cause in '04. Still doesn't make him or his media empire conservative.
