RR, I'm not sure a company gets to chose its IPO price. An example when the company I worked for IPO'd (Northwest Airlines) they "wanted" $20 but they got $13. The stock then ended up at a high of 55 but that took a while.

I believe that the Financial company that takes them public works out the price on what they can sell it for. So what Frank wants may or may not come to pass.

Although I made my first call using the DVS today and got my son's recorder. I've got to tell you his message was a "10" in clarity. Absolutely perfect...
