It is a blast Don. The pace of the river is perfect......I'd say 3-4 mph. It really didn't take long to get to the bridge with the path that led to the trail, and you didn't want to miss it or you had to trudge through a cow pasture to get back. It was fun and exhausting and a great way to spend time with the kids on a hot summer day. What a neat memory of playing with your son. ;)
