I agree she is not a good candidate for interpreting the constitution. The constitution is not to be interpreted by race or gender. One saving grace of her near ultimate appointment is that she was a prosecutor and understands law enforcement and how laws and ruling affect the process. It is my understanding that she has strong law enforcement leanings. I do not say this as a redeeming factor but as mitigating factor while reluctantly accepting the likely inevitable appointment.
