Even worse to scalp bondholders. GM bondholders. Retirees, depending on bonds to finance retirement. Parents depending on bonds to put children through college. Bondholders represent legacy wealth. Hedge funds have credit default swaps. Grandma and grandpa have to fall back on bag groceries at local grocery store.
