I just need to avoid listening to the softball questions. Those bother me the most. Something like this:

Have you been to Puerto Rico? I vacationed there many times. Very nice people.

I see you have two cats. My wife is a cat person.

Do you believe executing people without trial is wrong? Me too, thank you very much.

She will be confirmed. She also won't make a difference in the larger scheme of things unless she matures. Since she's 54 years old, the odds are what you see is what you get.

I don't advocate the "Borking" of Supreme Court appointees, but I do expect our representatives to thoroughly question her so that the public is aware of the type of person Obama favors for such a critical job.
