Guvmint seems to want to stir up all over with these ransom type deals. No rule of law with one stop shopping. It is basically anti mining terrorism. Time to turf out morons who don't know what governance is. There has never been stoppage of mining in these areas you mention in the past, but it has happened in Trout Lake and in Quebec not far away. It is circumstance dependent. It would appear that like rotating postal strikes there is an orchestration of ephemeral but significantly nagging complaints, like a lyme disease of the mining body. Disturbing. So far so good in these areas, but ... EC<:-}
