Maybe he needed the money, I don't know. The shorts may have been issued. But it seems to me the question is .... will (or have they) been covered? Maybe the January effect will answer this question.

The winters in Ireland and Canada are difficult, as you know ...
And the fall in Hong Kong is strangely related to this phenomenon.
