Maybe some of us [me] don't CARE whether it is torture.

When you have KSM (I know, you didn't even know who that was six months ago) and you believe he has information you do what you have to do. Even Clinton, with extraordinary renditions (and Obama, who has continued to allow the practice if circumstances warrant), knew this.

You do what you have to do. If you want to call it torture fine. Just do it.

Most of the country agrees about this -- waterboarding should be applied where national security is at stake.

If terrorists nuke Seattle and killed millions, your friends and all your family, and then you found out we had a guy in custody that had the exact time place but we wouldn't water board him to find out. If the Pres at the time was a repub. you would be the first screaming off with his head
