But he repeated promises made during the campaign not to raise taxes, to repeal the recent tripling of vehicle registration fees and to rescind a law signed last month by Gov. Gray Davis that allows undocumented workers to apply for driver's licenses. Just more of the same politics. It never changes. And then when the sht hits the fan, most Californians blame the mess that they have created* on their leaders. I wish Arnold would reimplement the license fee and then let them recall him. Maybe after a second recall the voters might realize its not the governor who is the problem.
