JLA, her reversal rate is less than 1% - 3 cases out of 360. Ken, is that 1% of all decisions she issued? Her decisions would go to the SCOTUS. What's the annual caseload of the Court? [hint - they grant cert on less than 100 cases per year] You mean to tell me 360 of her decisions went to the court and 99% were affirmed? Getouddahere. How many of those 360 cases sought cert.? How many that sought cert had cert granted? Don't you think that would be important to know?
