I imagine people all around the country are secretly chortling of seeing their asshole local car dealers getting put out of business. If most of the country is like here, we know them by their annoying, insistent, never-ending advertising. Or, we bought a car from them, only to be bled for the required sevice visits. And, most of them ARE (R)'s!
