That's the problem, just like the teachers' situation, can't get rid of the bad ones, and that keeps the better ones screwed or leave after a few years of the nonsense.

You see how bad it is at the top, imagine how worse it is at the lower levels...

Steve, I consider myself lucky in that I work for one of the best, most efficient companies on Earth.

I imagine if I had to work for government for a year or two, my cynicism toward government bureaucracy may be a lot deeper than it already is.


I bet you would be surprised at how similar INTC and a gov't agency are.
